Delete Your Account

TVS (TaViSo) respects your right to control your personal information. If you no longer wish to use our services, you may request deletion of your account.

How to request account deletion

2. Use the subject: Account Deletion Request.
3. Include your registered phone number or email address.
4. Our support team will verify your identity and process your request.

What will be deleted?

• User account information.
• Personal profile information.
• Application login credentials.
• Associated personal data where legally permitted.

Data that may be retained

Certain records may be retained where required by Vietnamese law, tax regulations, accounting obligations, fraud prevention, or other legal requirements.
